Hosting and Server Logs
This website is delivered via an external hosting provider. On every visit, the provider automatically records technical connection data (including IP address, time, page accessed, browser type) in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are automatically deleted after a short period and are not merged with other data sources.
Cookies and External Content
This website does not load any third-party content that sets cookies on its own, and does not embed external fonts directly on page load – the font used is hosted locally on our server. The embedded booking tool (see "Booking") only loads once you actively click on it; only then is data transmitted to the provider. That's why no cookie banner is shown – there is simply nothing to consent to before your active action. For visitors to our website, we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics service from our hosting provider, which operates without cookies and without personally identifiable tracking (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact Form
The contact form processes your entries exclusively locally in your browser and, upon submission, opens a pre-filled email in your email program. There is no server that receives or stores your entries – the message is only transmitted once you actually send the email yourself, just like with an ordinary mailto link. The legal basis for the subsequent processing of your inquiry is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm separately before sending.
Cold Outreach by Email and Phone
As part of cold-outreach projects, we contact B2B business contacts by email and phone for business purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in acquiring customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) within the framework of German competition law requirements (§ 7 UWG). Every email contains an immediately usable way to object; after an objection, no further contact is made.
Booking
An external booking tool (Cal.com) may be embedded for scheduling. It does not load automatically, but only once you actively click "Load calendar" – only then is connection data transmitted to the provider, and when booking, also the contact details you enter. The booking tool provider's own privacy notices apply in addition.
Our Clients' Project Data
As part of ongoing sales projects, we process contact and pipeline data on behalf of our clients. This data remains the property of the respective company and is used exclusively for its project; details are governed by a data processing agreement before the project starts.
Recipients and Data Processing
For our website, CRM and outreach tooling, we use technical service providers who act as data processors exclusively on our instructions and are contractually bound to comply with GDPR. Data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA only where an adequate level of data protection is ensured (e.g. through EU standard contractual clauses).
Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
